I can’t believe we are starting term 3!  The year 3/4 have been working so hard and having lots of fun, time is just disappearing.

This term the wicked whizzes in year 3 and 4 are learning about Space, Australia and The Environment.  There are lots of new activities to complete to make your brains even bigger.

On air, we are learning about art (Portraits by Picasso and Leonardo da Vinci), ICT (making our own spreadsheets) and literacy (interpreting poems, information books and Myths and Legends)

I am looking forward to yet more exciting visits to lots of families after the fab visits I went on last term.  Keep sending in your creative work so I can keep making eye catching displays to celebrate your achievements.

Lots of exciting events are happening this term too.  Super Sports camp will be happened in no time at all during week 8 (get practicing with your new daily fitness program) and book week in week 6 when you can take part in a writing competition and a fancy dress parade and WIN mega prizes!

I have now been living in Australia for 6 months (I do not like this cold weather and am looking forward to the sunshine coming back- it’s warmer back in England!!).  Though the holidays I went exploring North Australia and went on a 5 day bush camping trip in the Northern Territory then went to Broome to relax on the stunning beaches so I am ready and raring to go in Term 3.
