Welcome back to Term 3.

This term Miss Churchman and I are sharing the year 5 - 7 class. We will all be studying the Human Body, Government, and Indonesia, as different projects. For Art we are going to be creating collages and digital art - with MS Paint and Pivot. We will also be covering a variety of books for reading - novels (including a Hindu Myth and a comedy story as well as a real life story), picture books, and a book on a CD. Remember to keep up with the reading!

Look out, on this page, to a new site, the micronation we will be creating to look at government.

Last term for Writing we wrote a Sci Fi novella. These are currently being edited and put together into a class book. Look out for it in the Library. Some stories were far too big to put on the website!

The Phys Ed Challenge continues - don't forget to email in your results (remember it covers just Monday to Friday this term).

And, lastly, Sports Camp is coming up - Week 8 of the term!

This is the Term 2 Resource Book. It has rules of English, words to use - adjectives, adverbs especially, rhyming words, some ideas for Sci Fi writing, and even some words to use instead of 'said'. Hope that you find this useful in Term 2.
